Instant Hot Packs

Heat therapy should be used on an injury after the inflammation and swelling have subsided. This generally occurs approximately 72 hours following the injury. Heat increases blood flow to the injured tissues, relieves muscle spasms and pain triggered by loss of blood flow to the area.
